By creating an account or using sprichst.com, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. The service
Sprichst is an online German-learning platform. We offer a free tier and a paid Pro tier with additional features.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- One account per person. Don't share your account.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to harm other users.
3. Subscriptions & payments
- Pro is sold as a one-time payment for either 30 days or 365 days of access. There is no automatic renewal.
- Payments are processed in INR by Razorpay. Prices shown in other currencies are for reference only; your bank handles conversion.
- When your Pro period ends, your account automatically downgrades to the Free tier. Your data is retained.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't use the service for anything illegal.
- Don't try to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
- Don't use the AI tutor to generate harmful, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
- Don't scrape or resell lesson content.
5. Intellectual property
All lesson content, branding, and code are owned by Sprichst. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the service. Content you create (vocabulary cards, chat history) belongs to you.
6. AI-generated content
AI tutor responses are generated by third-party models and may contain errors. Don't rely on AI output for legal, medical, or immigration advice.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee fluency, exam results, or uninterrupted access.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sprichst's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
