Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Sprichst Pro. If something is wrong, here's how refunds work.

1. 7-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with Sprichst Pro within 7 days of your first purchase, email ai.business.support.team@gmail.com with your order ID and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

2. After 7 days

Beyond the 7-day window, purchases are non-refundable. Because Pro is a one-time payment for a fixed period (30 or 365 days), there is no cancellation or pro-rated refund — your access simply ends when the period expires.

3. Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged but did not receive Pro access, or were charged twice, contact us and we'll refund the failed/duplicate charge immediately.

4. How refunds are issued

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay.
  • UPI / card refunds typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
  • We will revoke Pro access once a refund is processed.

5. How to request a refund

Email ai.business.support.team@gmail.com with:

  • The email address on your Sprichst account
  • Your Razorpay payment ID or order ID
  • A brief reason (optional, but helps us improve)

We respond within 2 business days.
